Dr. Jess
Owner | Chiropractor
I’m a pediatric and neurologically based chiropractor with a passion for helping kids and families thrive. My journey began at the University of South Dakota, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, and continued at Cleveland Chiropractic College, where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
My work is deeply rooted in two things I hold most dear — my faith and the incredible potential of the nervous system to heal. Every day, I’m blessed to walk alongside families as we work toward restoring balance, reducing stress, and unlocking each child’s ability to grow, learn, and thrive.
Outside the office, life is full joy & chaos. My husband, Tanner, and I are raising our two amazing kids (plus our lovable bernedoodle), and you can usually find us cheering from the sidelines at a game, applauding at a dance recital, or soaking up time outdoors together. Coffee, sunshine, and a great book — my recipe for pure happiness.

I’m so excited to be part of the team here, serving families through neurologically-based chiropractic care!
I was born and raised right here in Sioux Falls, and I’m proud to be caring for the community that helped raise me. I completed my undergraduate degree at Augustana University and went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College.
My heart is in helping kids and families function at their best by supporting and regulating the nervous system in a natural, gentle, and effective way.
Outside the office, I’m lucky to do life with my husband, Ford, and our sweet dog, Brew. You can usually find us out walking together, enjoying the outdoors, going to country concerts, or cheering on our favorite football team—the Kansas City Chiefs!
I’m grateful every day to do what I love and walk alongside families on their healing journey.

As the Chiropractic Assistant and Office Operations Manager at Rerooted Wellness, I am here to ensure that your experience in the office flows smoothly from the moment you walk through our door. Whether I’m greeting you at the front desk, holding babies, reading to your kiddos, supporting our Brain Blossom program, or keeping things flowing behind the scenes—I’m here to help make your time with us feel calm, supported, and seamless.
Born and raised in Sioux Falls, I live here with my amazing husband, Mark. When I’m not at the office, I’m likely sipping coffee, getting lost in a good book, or soaking up sunshine at the lake—my favorite place to recharge.
I love creating a space where you and your family feel safe, seen, and cared for—and I’m so grateful to be part of your journey.

Chiropractic Assistant | Administrative Care Coordinator
As the Chiropractic Assistant and Administrative Care Coordinator here at Rerooted Wellness, I’m all about making things run smoothly while keeping the energy warm and welcoming. You’ll find me holding babies, handling paperwork like a boss, managing the front desk, and helping families feel right at home.
I’m married to my favorite guy, Derek, and we have five amazing kids—and a whole lot of animals! I love soaking up the sunshine, cheering on my kids at their many sports, walking my dogs with a coffee in hand, getting in a good workout, and making sure my nails are always fresh (priorities!).
I’m here to support your family with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of care.

I manage Rerooted Wellness’s social media, making sure our content stays fresh, fun, and true to our community. I love using creativity to keep our brand consistent and engaging.
I was born and raised in Laurel, Montana, and I’m a proud twin mom and wife to my husband, Riley. When I’m not working on social media or brainstorming new ideas, I enjoy running, reading, spending time at the lake, going on walks with my family, and growing my photography business.
